My sister, cousins and I went on girls' weekend and had a blast. The best feature of this hotel was the complientary pancake breakfast. The room was very neat and clean and the beds were as comfortable as hotel beds could be. We did not get a chance to check out the pool but it looked ok. It was at the end of the strip so there wasn't a whole lot of noise outside at night so we got to get some well deserved rest too. My only complaint was that the shower would be fine would minute and the next it would be extremely hot and then go to extremely cold. We did tell the front desk and they were very nice and told us they would fix the problem. If you are looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep at night I would recommend this place. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in this hotel 5/23/09-5/25/09. The price was a bargain and it had spacious rooms, easy access to the Parkway, and was convenient to restaurants, trolley stop and entertainment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This is not the Ritz-Carlton but if you want a decent room at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this property. The only drawback for us was that there was not wifi access in the rooms. They do have wifi in the lobby, however.

This place was so bad we cancelled our reservation after we got there. The bed was so small and the chain lock wasn't even an actual lock. There were suspicious people loitering around. We could hear the people walking and talking in the room above us, and there was mold in the heater. Please don't book this hotel!

I wanted a cheap room overnight in Pigeon Forge. This place was all the way down on the strip--right before you go through the GSM National Park into Gatlinburg. For this trip, I would've greatly preferred to be more in the middle of the action than so far away. The breakfast the next morning at the restaurant onsite was really good. I got the free pancake breakfast which was a good deal (free), although the $1 off option of another breakfast on the menu I thought wasn't such a good deal. Good thing I like pancakes. The toilet in my room was wobbly and the air conditioning unit made terrible noises during my whole stay which didn't allow for a "good" night's sleep. However, overall, it was fine for what I needed.

Well, my fiance and i stayed there for my birthday getaway. We LOVED the hotel and the hotel room. When we checked in we got discount coupons, we settled into our queen room which was perfect for our budget!! Once we turned on the tv our remote goofed up, not sure why, but we called the front desk and they night shift lady (who was amazing), came right to our room with a new one! She also found out it was my bday so she gave us 2 coupons for TGIF. We also asked for 2 extra pillows which they gave us, the cleaning lady was very great! :]. There is a safe fee, $1 a day, but you can tell them to take it off your bill upon check out if you did not use it! We did not eat the FREE breakfast that was provided, but figured it would have been good. It was convenient for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We visited Ober Gatlinburg, which isn't as pricey as you'd think, so it was a great stay for the price! I'd HIGHLY recommend it! :]]. We just think Pigeon Forge is amazing and will be back there soon!
