DON'T STAY HERE

We paid cash for 3 nights; later that night we discovered the bed was full of someone else’s hair. We picked it as clean as we could and requested a refund for two days the next morning. The General Manager refused our request eventually explaining that I had signed, with the check-in process, an agreement to a “no refund” policy. So we are out $*Not exactly great customer service. Guesthouse International, The Pigeon Forge Tourism Department and the Medical Office of Health were sympathetic to our plight but powerless to correct this unfair treatment. Beware of the Guesthouse Inn.

We are spending our last night in Pigeon Forge and plan on coming back thanks to the wonderful staff and clean hotel we found. We had never heard of Americas Best Value, but the hotel looks like a Microtel and they were always good for value and so is this hotel. Friendly staff and good quality clean rooms. Breakfast was more than expected for the price--kids loved the hot fresh made waffles. Great location with McDonalds and Corkys BBQ on site.
